Can I cancel or change my order?
After you press Submit, your order begins processing and can’t be changed or canceled. However, you can contact us if you need to update the new shipping address.
Do I need to pay sale tax?
The sale tax is applied only to the shipping address which is in Thailand.

If you are purchasing our products online, you can pay either with your Paypal or your credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

Yes, we ship worldwide.
What are my shipping options?
We only use FedEx for our shop online shipments.
For wholesale and OEM order, we have all shipping methods from all courier services to air and sea freight. Our incoterm is EXW.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, go to FedEx website and put the tracking number which you got from our shipping confirmation email.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made, assembled, inspected, packed and shipped from our factory in Thailand.
Raw material are from several premium source over the world.
What currency is used on The Paddle Shop?
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). However, the charge will be converted to your local currency by your payment processor- your card company or Paypal, depending on your payment method.
